Steam convectors Iterma G 10, G 20, etc.
Steam convectors are equipped with a digital timer, have digital temperature control and electronic memory for 99 cooking programs, electronic control of steam injection. It is possible to adjust the steam supply as a percentage. Reversible fans in the inner chamber ensure uniform heating of the dish during its preparation.
A special feature of the combi steamer is a cooled glass door. Together with the illumination of the cabinet with halogen lamps, it provides a good overview of the inner chamber, i.e. visual control of cooking. The flow of cold air between the windows of the door reduces the temperature of the outer surface to a safe level.
